2016

Back in 2016, we started selling Churros at Bedok North, as well as Murtabak Manis (Indonesian Pancakes). The same year ,we expand our local collections in Nasi Lemak Kukus Berlauk at Yishun & Alexandra.

2018

In 2018, we opened our 1st Bistro at Joo Chiat focusing on Shell-outs and fusion cuisines.

We embarked on a new venture in Seafood Restaurant located at Hometeam NS.

As we expand into the realm of artisanal desserts, we champion the Chempedak ‘Jackfruit’ basque burnt cheesecake as one of our best seller.
Brulee SG Outlet: Simei East Kitchen.

We explore the concept of primitive cooking and opened an outlet selling premium meats.
The Smok Hous Outlet: North Bridge Road

The Smok Hous rebranded into Asap & Co, served premium meat and elevated its menu to primitive cooking method at Telok Ayer.

When covid hit, we seize the opportunity to introduce our smoke burgers.
Both Outlets at 95 Owen Road.

With our bits and pieces of popular dishes, we introduce our best signature dishes under one roof, and now we are known for Nasi Lemak Bakar paired with smoke meat and seafood.

Nasi Lemak Bakar is a grilled coconut basmati rice wrapped in banana leaf to bring out the aromas.
